Great Tool for QSR

If you are in the QSR industry and not familiar with Jim Sullivan's work, you are in for a treat! I have 5 small QSR's and was in the process of hiring a consultant. After reading this book I decided against the expensive consultant. I am in the process of using Mr. Sullivan's book and the corresponding DVD to grow my practices and procedures. His work is consise, easy to read and fun!

A Must Read for Hospitality Managers!

I read this book at least once a year and I still get value out of it every single time. If you're an owner, operator, manager or even an hourly employee then you owe it to yourself to hone in and refine the skills necessary to be a transformational hospitality leader. Ultimately, you're going to learn how to make other esteemed leaders eager to follow you. The information is top-notch and the implementation is practical if you're actually willing to take action.
Granted, I am no longer in the fast casual industry but many of the principles ring true in the casual dining industry. If you're not paying attention to Sullivan with all of his free content that he graciously gives out to supplement this book then you're missing out. Grab this book and be prepared to take your game to the next level!
